The words of the day @ msk are discipline and also diligence. Discipline is to keep yourself in line or using a punishment to correct disobedience . An example of discipline is doing your homework and studying for an exam instead of going to a party and hanging out with friends. Diligence is being persistent in your work. An example of diligence is doing your work at a job and going into work every day instead of missing work and slacking. A personal experience in diligence is when I take my time to draw my pictures in my drawing book. A personal experience in discipline is when I get scrolled for not taking my medicine when needed.
The word of the day at MSK was diligence and discipline and what I gained from those two words are that you have to give your all and you make sure that everything is done at your very best ability to do it. A personal experience with being disciplined is when I was in a program for young ladies and they taught us how to sit and how to carry ourselves so I had to discipline myself and my body. An experience with diligence was when I was too tired to go to school and I stayed home when I knew I had w test to complete so Fri! There on I made sure I got to school on time…

The Word of the Day@MSK is focus. To stay focused, I try to not daydream or try not to engage in side conversations with my peers. I also try to keep my attention on whoever or whatever I'm supposed to be focusing on and avoid drifting off. Focus to me means being very aware of what I'm supposed to do and what I'm not supposed to do.
